Q2 2024 Performance of Top Dragon Games on iOS in the US

The second quarter of 2024 has been an interesting period for dragon-themed games on the iOS platform in the United States. Sensor Tower's data provides insights into how these games have performed in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Dragon City - Breed & Battle! saw its revenue peak at $516K in early May before fluctuating and rounding out the quarter at $380K. Downloads hit a high of 139K in mid-June, while weekly active users showed a steady increase, ending at 3.2M.

Dragonscapes Adventure, on the other hand, experienced a revenue high of $677K at the start of April, dipping and then stabilizing around the mid-$500K range. Downloads surged to 183K in mid-May, and weekly active users peaked at 1.3M in the same timeframe before settling at 947K.

For Merge Dragons!, revenue was somewhat volatile, with a notable peak of $1.28M in late May, while downloads remained relatively consistent, with a slight drop to 40K in early June. Weekly active users reached their zenith at 1.37M in mid-May.

Gameloft's Dragon Mania Legends showed more modest figures, with its revenue peaking at $185K in late April. Downloads saw a modest increase towards the end of the quarter, hitting 61K in mid-June, and weekly active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 370K.

Lastly, Call of Dragons demonstrated impressive revenue spikes, especially a surge to $1.52M in mid-June. Downloads, however, remained low throughout the quarter, with a slight increase to 51K in late May. Weekly active user counts hovered around the 300K mark, finishing the quarter with 292K.
